CORNER GAS : Sarnia ; Mitton and Confederation streets, I recall walking past this place in grade school, nearly fifty years ago. It was a BP (British Petroleum) station ???. There was no inside repair garage, only an outdoor lift hoist to the right. An old guy in white shirt, cap and suspenders sat in a wood chair, leaning it back against the wall. Since demolished.
Chemical Valley : Sarnia, ON NOTE : Although this may have been the view in the 1970's, Sarnia Refineries have cleaned up their acts considerably over the years. This photo has been doctored for effect only. The smoke rising from the stacks has all been added except for one, located just right of center page.(the smoke rises straight up)
Looking Good : Sarnia
Fish'n Buds : 2:00a.m.,Sarnia; This little fella was so proud of his Dad's catch that for a moment, I thought he was going to explode.
Jump In : Sarnia/Port Huron
River Dip : Sarnia, Bluewater Bridge ( the current is extremely SWIFT here as Lake Huron funnels into the St.Clair River)

Lighthouse One : Sarnia/Port Huron
