A meat lovers dream! This is a compilation of several "Rib-Fests" over the past year that we like to make a habit of attending. We come to these events to OD on nothing but ribs, chicken and beer and not necessarily in that order. It's a carnival (carnivore) like atmosphere and that gives me a great photo-op, plus, did I happen to mention the great BBQ'd ribs yet?
